FNB is bad
FNB must hire more stuff I have being holding for more than one hour waiting to speak to consultant. They are busy say we are currently experiencing high volume of calls. My question what are u doing about it? If someone call FNB with 60 rand they won't get help. I used to respect FNB thinking they are efficient when it comes to customers service...You give them debit date but they debit you on their date so a person can have unnecessary bank charges.

I will stay online I wNt want to see how long it Wil take for them to answer my call
Their music is pathetic too.

Vusi finally answered my call after 1 hour 30 minutes he transferred me to FICA the lady by the name of Musikhoza is not dealing with debit or to changethe debit date. She will transfer back to where I wqs.my airtime got finished. I have used 700 rand calling fnb just to help me change my debit date... You guys are treating customers bad or hired wrong people.
Am going to write this in all my social media platforms. Now I must wait for 24 hours to be assistant when I went through spoke to two people who can't help me
My respect for FNB is gone!
