FNB is backdating charges so account is in arrears to collect money

FNB is a bunch of ****mers I have been for the last month being charged a Item no funds fee to the amount of R1800 On this account we only put in amounts for what we need for Spar etc You cant use any funds if theres no money A call center agent says that the card has a tolerance level of R1000 What is that about ??? I asked them to remove it it was never done They even go as far as to back date transactions for this fee Hard up for cash FNB Yesterday we cleared the card to 0 today it's overdrawn by R 287 These charges are being done every day leaving the account in arrears Ive had this account since 2018 Im going to the ombudsmen bank are not allowed to backdate items on your account it's ******* FNb I want my money back stop *****ing from your clients Your charges are putting this account in arrears
