FNB is ******

I run a consulting company, one of my clients was unhappy with the service I gave her, She asked for refund. I explained to her unfortunately I do not do refund after consulting. She called FNB to say I *****ulently charged her.

FNB without hearing my story they closed my business account and my private bank account.

The client later said she was sorry for calling FNB and saying I *****ulently stole from her. Even though she apologized to me. FNB now is saying there is nothing they can do

My business account and private cheque account all closed because someone said I stole her R2 000. Tell me this isn't ******? R2 000 you close a bank account bringing more than R200 000 a month without even hearing my side of the story

Even to this day no one from FNB called me to ask me what happened. The lady who complained offered to write a letter explaining she reported my account because she was angry but FNB said nothing they can do

As it is all my accounts are closed. That's my story with FNB
