Fnb is @&$& useless

FNB is utterly @&$@& useless! After my first complaint, nothing was done. My revolving facility, which I pay every month, is being put on hold for no valid reason. Despite making five phone calls, the issue remains unresolved. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer service is absolutely unacceptable!
