FNB IS *********** AND USELESS

FNB put my account on hold around May, and I contacted them, they assigned an useless bank to me who say I must send receipts that prove that Indeed I receive the fund that they said it was the proceeds of ***** and I did send that proof that they want, and after that he didnt said anything as now I'm going through depression having money but I can't use it regarding FNB company, and just know that when I die it will be on you, and I think it the time I inform Bank Ombudsman or you remove hold in my account
