Fnb is **** and this should trend
I deposited 7200 at an fnb ATM, and it swallowed my money and it only returned a saying the deposit was unsuccessful. On the 26 April I filled in an ATM dispute form they told me it will be sorted in 5 to 7 working days. It's the 9 may no response. I went I side the branch only to be told that it's an offside ATM and it hasn't been checked since the 26 which is highly impossible. My kids have not been to as it's money meant for fees. I m Goin to report this to the ombudsman

09 May 2025, 12:57I have waited from the 26 april till today. My kids are not going to school as that money is meant for fees. FNB is a highly useless and I must start a blog where unhappy customers close their accounts and potential ones don't even bother ope8uo new accounts

11 May 2025, 18:09Am still waiting even today that money is meant for fees my kids are out of school even today. FNB is a **** rather put your money unde the pillo or go to other banks.. Surely they do reconciliations on ther atm and definitely they will notice an excess amount of money not BELONGING to them
