FNB is an inconvenience am stuck in a different country because of FNB

FNB is the most useless bank in South Africa and when I come back to South Africa I will close down my account and remove my money. I can't get home from a different country all because FNB decides to put a soft block on my account without informing me. I have done FICA while I was in South Africa and you wait for me to be in a different country to inconvenience me like this totally unacceptable because now am unable to purchase food and withdraw money to come to South Africa and sort out this FICA verification you have sprung on me in a different country. I will close down my account and advice the rest of my family members to follow suit too
