FNB IS AN EXPENSIEVE BANK TO BANK WITH

I have officially given up on FNB.

Earlier this year, they took about R6000 from my credit card after I paid it off in full with no wanrring. Days and many calls later to find outwhat was happneing, I was told they downgraded limit, despite me having made a payment arrangments and paid even earlier than arranged for 1 instalment.

This at a time I was just coming out of some hetic financial problems and thought to spoil myself with a visit to my parents. Well that did not happen and I let it go, it was ther money after all.

At the time I upgraded to the cheqqu account I was told it was only R100.00 per month ith free this and free that, for the account and that w s the selling point. For years now, its been about R300 on avarage for my fees until this month when I had to pay R789.54 in bank charges.

Im shutterted to say the least. This is the bank I spoke so highly of and recommeded so much to everyone. A friend with similar benefits as mine pays R85.00 for Nedbank and R169.00 for Standard bank.

My husband is with standard bank and the service he received at his branch is out of this world. I have to queue and wait for long at mine I hardly ever go there.

Whillst I understand the cash deposit fee and the non FNB withdrawal, I can no longer justify paying the other costs over and above the costs charged on my credit card. It means I am paying over R1000 in bank charges alone.

Well now this is my money and I chose to go somehwere else where I will not be exploited for avarage to not so great service.

"How can we help you?"...you have helped me none!
