FNB is always willing to take money from clients

On 25February, I made a payment for my Credit Card, and FNB then Debited my Cheque account for the same amount that I paid. Therefore a double payment was ****, I then went into FNB Branch at Modimolle where Caroline assisted me and explained to me that that was the case and a double payment was taken. and a statement was taken where the incident was explained via email and telephonically. A case number was given to me and I had left.
On 26February I received a sms to inform me that the amount was paid back into my Credit Card account and the fund then reflected in my Authorisations tab... On Monday 29February I contacted the call centre where I firstly spoke to plus minus 6 people of which not 1 was able to assist me. On 1 March I received an email to inform me that I have withdrawn the funds, which I haven't been able to touch!!!
I then contacted credit cards to and Alice tried to assist, however I was told that the fund were only taken off once, which is not true... I am still waiting for my funds, and I will be held liable for the penalies.. NOT FNB, which is totally unfair. This is not my negligence and is totally unacceptable.
