FNB is allowing ******* debit orders

FNB is allowing ******* debit orders to go through my account. I ha e reported these to their ***** division and they're saying they cannot reverse them. FNB is using the Covid-19 as a scapegoat for us not to be able to reverse/despute ******* debit orders on their App.
