FNB is all talk, no action

FNB brags about having a team of bankers available 24/7. If they are available 24/7 why do they not answer messages?

Sent through a message on 24 December. Ignored.

Sent through another message on 27 December. Ignored.

Why????? Why bother offering a so called service and not actually doing anything to help. How can we help you? Pffft.

I was charged around R2500 by a company for a service I had cancelled. I did not have nearly enough money in my account but FNB still let the charge go through. Why?? This has caused endless problems for me. After a week of endless problems I finally sorted this out myself. No thanks to FNB.

FNB used to be a solid bank who offered good products and good service. Everything was simple. As it should be.

Now FNB has become a gimmick bank. They offer products but expect their customers to jump through hoops to get the said product. Then when the customer eventually learns how to jump through said hoops, FNB moves the hoops and also sets them on fire. So the cutomer now has to relearn and adapt to all their new rules and regulations. Why does everything need to be so complicated?

Sick to death of FNB. After reading a lot of other complaints on this site, I see I'm not the only one.
