FNB is ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!

FNB has a massive communication problem. this is the second time this year I had to struggle to get my account to work and FNB does not appoint one person to help fix the issues, but instead throws your email and communication in a shared email and replies to them randomly. The problem is that when you reply it goes to the same shared email address and a different person will email you each time instead of one person picking up the thread and running with it until it is fixed. This time my account got suspended with over R60k in it and email sent saying they couldn't reach me..which is not true as we had no prior emails or calls from them..after I completed the necessary paperwork to reactivate my account, they just sent more documents to sign with every reply and eventually ran the clock out till termination date. Now, after finally deciding to just terminate the account due to their indecisive display of absolute uselessness, I sent them the document used for termination and account nr for money transfer..twice...and way before termination date, but they still closed my account and didn't transfer any money to my other account, but apparently put it into an suspense account and didn't communicate anything with me in this regard.

I guess what I am trying to say is...FNB is ABSOLUTELY USELESS if ANYTHING at all goes wrong. They have zero communication channels that works and turned into an absolute joke of a financial institution! STAY FAAAAR AWAY!!
