FNB is Absolutely Useless

<p>I opened up an account with FNB 2 weeks back and have encountered 1 issues so far with them. Firstly there was an issue getting my card and now that I have my card I can't access my funds because my account is frozen. When I called into the call centre I was told the reason the account is frozen is because they haven't received my proof of residence from the courier services. However the courier services told me they don't need the proof put residence just my ID document. Now I am left frustrated and unable to access my funds because of FNBs incompetence. And i really need access to my funds!!!! And to think I actually want to switch to them but after dealing with them for just 2 weeks I would never recommend them to anyone. </p>
