FNB is a waste of time

I went to game on Sunday to purchase a few items. I tried using my FNB credit card and it was declined twice. Being somewhat embarrassed, i used my FNB cheque card and it worked. I messaged FNB on the secure chat via the app and spoke with Thokozile and said the following, first "unauthorised usage" and then "some merchants are blocked by the bank"... very strange as ive never heard of that before (but yet my FNB cheque card worked) and then she sends me a brochure of FNB fusion account which i dont have or want.

FNB customer service has really dropped and there is just no reason to have premier banking as we dont get premier service. What is the use of the credit card if it doesnt work???
