FNB is a waste of time

I have a covid loan with FBN.They keep deducting from an account that is not active after I have contacted them to change my banking details.

I had someone speak with me last month after also complaining and they corrected it to my Capitec account and reversed all the unnessasarry charges to my account.

Again this month they deducted from my FNB account whicj made my account in arrears again.

I need this sorted
