FNB IS A USELESS BANK NO CUSTOMER CARE

FNB doesn't care about the customers they only serve their own interest, I paid off the house bond and apply for bond cancellation more that three months ago and today i receive an email saying the attorney are no longer cancelling the bond and the sale is not going forward. No one at FNB or their Attorneys have contacted me about this. I want my title deed thats all
