Fnb is a useless bank

I have account queries and tried to call fnb. There is no way to get hold of them. Their robot asks to punch in ID number continuously and we cannot move forward. I have a business and smart account with Fnb and their customer service has always been poor. I have unauthorized debit orders and you can't even get through to their call centre for assistance. They have zero customer service yet they charging us very high bank charges. They paying useless staff high salaries who can not help customers.
