FNB is a useless bank

FNB is extremely draining. My account was falsely reported by a disgruntled tenant as a *****. I sent them the lease, correspondence with the tenant and all the required documents including police paperwork. The investigator, Beverly Nukeri has been ignoring my emails since 16 July, It is now 11 September. My account has been frozen and I am receiving no communication or assistance from FNB.

fyi, If someone falsely reports your account, FNB Will freeze your accounts and you will have no access to your funds and your bills will not be paid.
