So FNB had charged me R355, R225 and R90 of #ITEM UNPAID NO FUNDS and then handed me over legally without letting me know? How does that sound like a bank that makes thing convenient for you? on my account and they told me they can't reverse the fees my question is why would they try to debit my account 3 times in just 2 days and charge me each time the debit order bounces I'm not happy with this for me its too much and the consultant told me the debit order attempt is made 3 times in ones account which I was not aware of, yet they take my money, make another account in my name without my legal consent, I want this matter resolved today as they’re costing me an entire R1933 for unpaid fees? That’s ridiculous and really *****ulent, they’re charging me R622 for 60 months for a loan I never took?
