FNB IS A TOTAL *******!!!!

I got a private banking account with them in 2013, initially everything was well until 2018 when I started having an abnormal amount of unauthorised debit orders and the amounts grew until it came to a point where I would get paid but the unauthorised debit orders would take my salary and I would be left with nothing and theN i would have to reverse all of them then FNB would charge me R145 each reversal that's over R300, which is ****************. Then I have had my banker changed multiple times and even the banker i have currently I cant seem to get hold of (MIND YOU I pay for this service). I have tried multiple times to get my account sorted, even asked to get it downgraded or something but nothing,
