FNB is a total disaster!

I disputed two transactions that went off my account and blocked my card but no one has called me and I haven't received any correspondence or confirmation of my case. When I call to follow up I am being taken from one pillar to another without any assistance.

The online banking service is forever unavailable and when you call they keep transferring you! I've been with FNB for over 10 years now but their service for the past few months has been very disappointing.
