FNB is a the ***** they claim to protect us from.

FNB they put my account on hold the Monday of the 09.01.2023, I called them to enquire about the hold and they requested proof of income. I sent them to documents they requested, the following morning I followed up with them they said they needed the same documents for another amount I received on my account, I sent them the proof that very Tuesday at 13:29pm to today 12.01.2023 I haven’t had a response, every time I call their verification contact Center they tell me they are escalating matter , an email will be sent to me with an update, no proper update till this very moment. On the other hand I need this money mostly to pay for a house to rent, I keep loosing rentals because other ppl are paying the deposit required immediately on approval. While me my current lease is still ends this month end and I have no where to move to with my children if I don’t secure rental now. Am left in destitute because all my money is on hold with them. They email me this is to protect me from *****, while they are putting me and my children in the street and debt. I am watching my account it’s on hold but every morning I wake up to check the balance is going up and down I don’t know what they doing in my account and while they holding it.
