FNB is a terrible bank

Despite this thread of many examples: https://www.hellopeter.com/first-national-bank/reviews/fnb-declined-foreign-t457-****-or-what-*** 2 years later and we still struggling with this: 28 Nov #Debit Card Intl POS Unsuccess #Fee Declined Foreign Tr *399 R8.50 28 Nov #Debit Card Intl POS Unsuccess #Fee Declined Foreign Tr *399 R8.50 ^^ Why do they allow 2 times in one day? 10 Dec #Debit Card Intl POS Unsuccess #Fee Declined Foreign Tr *399 R8.50 12 Dec #Debit Card Intl POS Unsuccess #Fee Declined Foreign Tr *399 R8.50 13 Dec #Debit Card Intl POS Unsuccess #Fee Declined Foreign Tr *399 R8.50 14 Dec #Debit Card Intl POS Unsuccess #Fee Declined Foreign Tr *399 R8.50 15 Dec #Debit Card Intl POS Unsuccess #Fee Declined Foreign Tr *399 R8.50 Why cant FNB be transparent and supply the details of the declined foreign transaction. I tried calling ***** line at past 7pm in the evening and after 2 minutes of holding, no answer, I gave up as its costing my airtime. The app has a report transaction feature but these declines do not show up on the app so cant report using the app. Has FNB not learnt anything from all these complaints? How many more years will this go on, just give the customers the details on the description and save everyone from having to guess or waste time calling in. Next step would be to close the account if we cant get answers.
