FNB is a struggle

So I left my bank of 15 yrs for FNB. I took a savings account and it went fine. Then they convinced me that I was paying too much and unlike Standard Banks check account, if I swipe it will be reserved ie. I will never get in trouble. Lazy as I am, I wanted to keep my account number. It took 2 months for them to convert my account. They said I was listed as under debt review by them. But if I open a cheque account online with a new account number it was granted. That should have been the 1st sign that their system is *****. So now for the past 2 months I have been having unpaid items. This weekend I checked if all my debit orders went off on the app. And lo and behold it did. I then proceeded to transfer money out. Only to see Sunday that 2 debit order sms coming through, as if they went off the 27th. This morning I received an sms to say they have been dishonored. Another R200 bucks gone. I proceed to email them, the response I get, we see that you have a positive balance, please contact us if you need futher assistance. Positive balance!!!!! I dont have a positive balance, Your automated system suck. What is even worse they never even offered to take ove any of my credit when I went over, they offered me jack. Well FNB I am officially done. You make me look bad, you put me in a bad spot. You cause my debit orders do bounce because your system cannot handle weekends and public holidays. And when I speak to someone they are just going to say but our system is automated. Well I will be going to Capitec who doesnt offer cheque accounts and dont make different promises to different clients. Oh and by the way, I went into a branch a while back asking for a debit card, and the chick kept on saying I can get a temporary one. Temporary for what. After I said I dont want it, did she offer me the thing I asked for in the 1st place. So your branch service needs an upgrade too. But you go ahead and make your app brilliant and leave your staff undertrained.
