FNB is a scheme.

FNB does not subscribe to their "Motto". FNB is refusing to refund me after they *****ulently debited my Nedbank account on the 25 October 2024. I closed the account in September 2024 and paid the settlement amount that was outstanding. They then refused to close the account because according to them I was still owing R532.00 which I eventually agreed to pay. Then on Friday, 25 October 2024, I paid the said amount and even send them the proof of payment. To my surprise they debited another R532.00 after I paid and the account was closed. I then called FNB and they promised to reverse the amount within 48 hours. That 48 Hours became 48 days now. The reason why I moved my account to Nedbank is because of continued suspicious "interests and penalties" coupled with poor service.
