Fnb is a ******* of a bank

I am really tired of fnb. I had joined virgin active in 2021 febraury . i had stopped the debit order as they did not keep their end of the contract. And i requested fnb to stop the debit oder not to reverse only. The now charged mr R115 unpaid on the 01 March 2022 and 15 March 2022. I want my money back today . I paying the service fees so that the bank can proctect the little money I have and i want my money back now.I am really tired honestly. This is not on.
