FNB IS A ******* BANK

my mother was ****med last months and when i blocked the cards , they still made purchases after the cards was stopped. she went to the bank and they said they are still investigating. till date when we make follow ups its story after another. anyone using this bank should just change. bad service and its full of crocks. they hired *******. what i think is, this is an inside job. FNB is not reliable. this bank is full of nonsense. how can a big bank take years to revise money for their reliable customers? 2 months now and they are quiet? they don't take us serious
