FNB is a *******

FNB does not cease to amaze me, they are absolutely ludicrous. On the 6th December they gave me a settlement discount on my credit card which I owed R61 883.26 and they gave me 30% where the balance was reduced to R43 318.28. I paid them the full R43 318.28.

Last month they refused to provide me with a paid up letter say I owe the difference. The funny part is the sent me a settlement discount letter on the 6th December 2018. Who ever consider to do business with these *********** bunch of individuals from this bank must think twice, FNB staff needs a psychological evaluation.
