FNB IS A ****,HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BANK

i am actually speechless----this bank really knows how to make thier loyal customers grumpy, they have zero empathy care respect and support for us. i have been with this bank since i was young,as my mon had opened it for me,when i went to tertiary my mother gave me the card, after i graduated in 2011 i decided to stay with FNB,until to date owning a private client card. in 2016 when i app**** for bond financing i was shocked when they did not give me 100% bond finance, they offered 95% even though they see money movement in my accounts and how well im managing it,i was really shocked but i took the offer as i really wanted the house,i have been paying the mortgage month in and month out, never missed payment since 2016 to date during this period they have been offering me big loans, huge credit card increase amount, overdraft offering and i never took those offers, this year July i decided to upgrade my car and went for Jeep, the shock i got when they refused to finace me 100% hahahaha LOL LOL LOL i am actually speechless when i think about it. now ive decided to sell my house that they did not finance 100%, i write an email to them and they respond acknowledging my email. after a week of having the house for sale i got the suprice of my life "that we have a buyer".... i then decide to call FNB just to make follow up n make sure my notice is loaded,i was told there was no notice.....i was so mad n frustrated with this bank,i was advised to forwaed the email i was talking about to a specific email and then yes i did forward that email, after a day they rep**** and on the email it states that we should serve 90 days and if 90 days are not served there is penalty fee........thats expensive FNB-----when i plan to sell my house i didnt know i would find a buyer so soon so quick so unexpected....now you want to charge me for a house i will no longer be owning and staying in-----how ruthless business people can you be really,i find this really ridiculous and unnecessary, but with the history i have with you im actually no longer suprised. now we are buzy with attorneys with transfer of ownership and there is no ways possible for me to serve the 90 days. i am really irritated and feel for us your customers as we are taken advantage of and not cared for......i feel sorry for your up coming customers too and i pray and wish they never experience what i have experienced with FNB. my money is with FNB and i will keep it like that, ongoing anything that involves you offering and helping me with loans and whatever financial help it will never happen. all FNB does to us is suck us dry and live us suffering. but what can we say......one day i will wake up and gain the strength to pack from FNB and move else where. i am enough with FNB,but one day is one day. someone at that bank must sort out this mess of beeing told that i will be charged if i dont serve 90 days notice, thats a **** i refuse to pay for months that i will no longer be owning the house,i dont pay for things i dont owe, dont punish us like that especially for things we do not have controll of,i didnt know i was gonna find a buyer this soonest. FNB your really frustrating.
