FNB Is a ****!!!!!!!!!Bring back my money!

I am so ****ed right now because of what I just saw happening in my account. You people debited my account last month for this item paid no funds (R150)and I let it slide, this month it debited twice(R150X2) I don’t understand how because overdraft comes as a benefit of taking a cheque account with y’all. Secondly, you offered me a premium cheque account which I gladly took as a upgrade but the guy who was meant to deliver my card hung up on me and was very rude so I didn’t get my card. And I was charged R296.42 for that delivery and tell me why?? You’ve been charging me monthly fees on a card that hasn’t been delivered and service fees for what? All of this doesn’t make sense, I want my money deposited back to my account with immediate effect. After that I’ll change to another bank… y’all are ******** man sies! SEND BACK MY MONEY!

I don't know what to do with FNB anymore. My account got fixed and guess what today when I check it it actually went back to the same madness ,mind you I haven't made any purchases... I'm being charged for things I already paid for. I'll take you to court and mess up with your credibility if you think you know me. Stop taking advantage of people and doing fradulant transactions, this is money we don't have. So stop it and fix whatever mess that's happening in my account!
