Fnb is a **** of a bank.They charged me R120 for a R20 transaction that I made when I had money In my account and the transaction only went through a few days ago but when I purchased my money decreased by 20

Fnb still continues to be a **** of a bank.I was called and told the amount of R120 would be reversed.Till this day it’s still not done ❗️
