FNB IS A ****

FNB please give me my money, I withdrew money from my trading account and they sent me a transaction statement to show that the money left their account.

Now FNB send me this message

"1/2 FNB :-) We are unable to process your dispute. Please resubmit together with the required Communication with Merchant/Service provider. REF:***"

So how am i going to resubmit the transaction as they requesting because my money is supposed to be with them and they acknowledge that they received the transaction,please give me money.
