Fnb is a ****, don't use FNB

Am at the branch Benoni, trying to downgrade my account because I no long able to afford it, the lady is telling me they cnnt downgrade cause am negative, my point is to downgrade so that I stop bank going on negative. Than she says I must wait until am handed over than they will be able to stop the account. So now what is it with fnb when you looking for help they not helping, so you want my name to be handed over
