Fnb is a **** and useless

I feel fnb is useless and deceiving, I was busy with a loan application with a lady called paballwa or babalaw, I explained to her I am not comfortable with 60months term and she should reduce, and she said it's just an application after approval we will discuss the terms, and I should accept a debit mandate check on my fnb app only to find out that I am accepting a loan with terms that we never agreed on, when I woke up the next day the money was deposited into my account I have been contactung fnb to remove that money from my account no assistance at all I am warning people out there to be careful with fnb they **** people, rather use other banks capitec, absa, fnb is plain useless
