FNB IS A ****

I am quite upset about fnb's service. Money keeps be deducted out of my account. I do not receive bank notifications when this does happen as with all my bank transactions. When i call to report this matter nobody knows how to help me. They keep transferring me to different departments. There's more than R2000 that was deducted and not all at the same time. I have been using fnb for so long and every year i find that there's a problem. I only notice these deductions when i see my bank statement because i do not receive any modifications when the money is being deducted. FNB IS A ****. I WANT MY MONEY
