FNB IS A ****

A month back, in the middle of the morning R4000 of my mother own money and R7500 of and overdraft was withdrawn from her bank account via debit transactions, after 30 declined they were able to withdraw multiple R1500 transaction.

Today they tell her the ***** case is closed she cant get her money back and she need to pay the overdraft.

This is bull**** your system failed, this needs to be resolved by no later than the 30th or I and a few other people will close our accounts and move everything to a different bank
