FNB is a ****

FNB are a bunch of ******, they have a loan under my name that is non existent and is ruining my credit rating, I've sent emails to their complaints team who acknowledged the emails but never called me back. I canceled my account after numerous ***** cases and even after I have left them thry still haunt me. FNB never does the right thing!
