FNB is a ****

FNB is a ****, they make payments on your behalf with whose consent? Now there's a payment that went out of my account "1 Item no funds ms" I want my R240 back, first payment was made on the 8th October of R90, now there's another payment that went out R150. I want my money back!!! I am very much angry with FNB. This thing of making payments on people's behalf is a **** period!!!
