FnB is a ****

FnB is trying to **** me at this point. They keep sending messages stating that I have not repaid my personal loan. Of which I did, in June of 2019. I recently got an SMS stating that I'm arrears and I owe them R5000 off which I find it laughable at this point. Because when I complained about this matter before their agent promised me that I wouldn't get such smses anymore as they will update their systems... It's really irritating to have to get such messages from this bank and annoying because of what it could mean for my credit score
