fnb is a ****

Fnb is a ****.so last week i was trying to withdraw an ewallet money.it kept saying an error occur3d.i decided to go straight to the branch as i didnt understand what was going on.the branch advice that i open an Easy zero account wich they promised they would transfer the ewallet funds to that account.while the teller was openning this easy Zero account for me again there where technical errors.she called their support department to find iut then she was told that account we where tryinh to open failed.now they claimed the only way to acess those fund was to open an account with fnb they asked me to deposit R50 into that account i felt ****med already because now i was forced into having an acccount with them when all of this was never my fault but i did anyways.even that dod not help me ive been calling them frm last week now theh claim theh cant see any funds on my ewallet.im asking then where couldn the funds possibly be if i didnt withdraw the money and they alzp cant see it???
