FNB is a ****

For the past 2 years I have been tryng to sort my business account that was blocked by FNB. I have tried calling them, then emailed and lastly visited the branch and there is no joy. The consultant who is suppose to be assisting me is never available on his phone. Does not reply to emails. I have sent all necessary documentation but still no help. I have decided to move my businesses to another bank. Initially I was happy with FNB but now I can't recommend it to anyone. They full of nonsense with no thought to how on is affected by their behaviour
