Fnb is a sad excuse of a bank

I'm so annoyed at fnb it's not funny 3 weeks ago I logged a dispute only to find out nothing was done. I keep following up nothing was done. I logged complaints upon upon complaints and the Staff is so *********** no1 can assist. I want my damn money back today I waited long enough so I will close my account today I have has it with fnb. Mircoft is allowed to **** my damn money without my permission and u as my bank do jack ****. Uour service stinks. I want my damn money today
