Fnb is a ******* Bank I'll never refer anyone to it

I was never assisted.i got the reference number ***NF.i tried calling fnb and even now I'm taken from post to pillar.to make matters worse there was another unauthorized debit that took place on the 30th October by SA Nathi of R99.i wish to close this acc as soon as possible the only issue holding me here is the funds I already lost.i suprises me how one got access of my acc with nothing but it requires me a card and a pin to withdraw my money....
