FNB is a putrid bank

I have just seen on Helo Peter that someone seems to have the same problem as I do. Aside from me being way over infuriated with FNB for the injustice!!! My premier account is standing on 16k which I have not utilized!!! I did not activate the overdraft but FNB did by allowing debit orders to go off and not decline. I had no funds in my account for debit orders as I lost my job instead FNB activated my overdraft without my consent!!! It was inactive on my online profile. Also they listed me in ITC as an employee I neve worked for FNB!!! I was told to send an email to *** but it came back with an auto reply stating that I must log onto FNB app and do the secure chat I was on this chat and this person told me I am liable because I signed for the card. I said yes I signed for the card but I did not sign to activate the facilities on it. This activated without my consent.!! Conveniently when I tried to overdraw on my account it declined but the debit orders got through onto the overdraft!!! And ran into 16k my overdraft was only worth 10k how in Gods name iis this fair!!!
