FNB is a poor service delivery bank!

I've been a member with this bank for 20 years, whenever transactions have gone off my card which I tried to refund and stop, they were never successful in doing so. Really unimpressed with their drop down call rate and poor service, taking weeks to respond and *********** staff. I blame this on poor management.
