FNB Online banking consultant center is a disgrace(Piece of ****) I mistakenly send R60,000.00 to wrong account on the 27 December 2020. I comp**** with all the necessary procedures and today on the 6th January 2021 they send me a useless email. I have to include SAPS to the recipient and all to find out their client already used my money. Now we have to undergo small clam court to resolve what they failed to. I'm a high profile client to them yet treating me like a piece of ****. I'm done banking with them and will spread the word to the neighborhood to stay the hell away from FNB. *** that's my number for **** sake.
