Fnb is a **** of a bank. Targeting our companies to reap us off

I'm so disturbed by fnb and their banking ways.

Last year their consultant named shado came to my work place advertising that. They are opening accounts (that's check account) which they did not specify months into banking with fnb I suddenly see charges which are strange into my account and I enquire but no clear clarity of how they deduct money into my account. Okay there's a promise of monthly fee reversal but it has been kept. I was promised 2 year bank free yet I keep seeing deductions in my account I just don't understand. I'm a low income earner working in Spar. I am so traumatized by what fnb does in account. I took a temporary loan with them. To my surprise they gave me a loan only for them to take it the next day. I call in they tell me about activity based payment💔 they only refunded me 1020 instead of 1500. There's a lot of shade going on in this bank can HELLO PETER HELP US PLEASE!
