FNB IS A **** OF A BANK

My Business account has been put on soft hold since 2019, I was told to write an affidavit explaining where the funds that went in my account were coming from. I did exactly as instructed and there was silence afterwards.

I then continued using my personal FNB account as I usually had and opened a savings pockets to save up my kids school fees. When i tried retrieving the funds I was shocked to discover that the savings pocket was now frozen as well. I have been visiting FNB branches to get help but no one succesfully assisted with my issue, the only thing I'm told is that there's a hold on my profile. I was told the Hold was put Ryan Govender who never answers calls or respond to e-mails.

This ***** of a Bank with it's senior management staff is ****ming people of their hard earned money and should be avoided!!!!
