FNB is a no-go zone

Hi To whom this may concern. Fnb charges a monthly fee of R105. I want to know why I must pay double that ammount, as I picked it up the previous month and now it happened again. My salary does not get paid into that account and I asked for them to change it from a check account. I want nothing to do with them. The only reason I'm with them is because I must pay off my credit card installment. They can deduct that installment where my salary gets paid in. I need to speak to a supervisor, they need to fix this ASAP and they better refund me for the unnecessary double monthly account fees. Ref FNBCC DCRE526275
