FNB is a Nightmare when it comes to handling case

I reported Eft card **** since October 11 2023 to date I have not receive assistance from FNB. I'm told Hlongwane Luthubuhle is handling the case but it is so impossible to even reach him/her the phone is always ringing without being answered. I have spent close to R250 on airtime calling ***** department at FNB. I'm so disappointed at FNB for their poor service I regret ever opening an account with them. They are very very slow in replying. More than anything I regret opening a business account with them Yoh. 😭😭As of Lethubuhle Hlongwane he/she is not helping I wonder how she/he got the job. So dissatisfied
